About the Role
We are seeking a Project Specialist to support the progress of projects within the Network Strategy and Operations team. We are rapidly updating the Visual Identity (VI) of our dealer network sites, the primary focus of this role will support this project. You will coordinate the implementation of the current VI program to franchises, providing administrative and project support, reporting on key metrics and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across the business.
Core Responsibilities
Processing of invoices and assisting with the preparation of finance reports- Preparation of forecast and reconciliation reports
- Preparation of costing documents, signage and agreements
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely submission of quotes, invoices, and other project documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the Network Strategy and Operations team
- Maintain accurate dealer records in SAP, and in Excel database, ensuring integrity of data
Essential Skills and Experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment- Excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and across the business
- Excellent Computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong initiative and a proactive approach to develop solutions and improve business processes.
- Finance administration experience is desirable
