AddressThis is an exciting time to join NRW Civil & Mining! We arecurrently sourcing a permanent full-time Perth basedProject Support Administrator to join our dynamicproject team on a 5/2 roster. In this position, you will work in adiverse environment with the opportunity to be involved in variousCivil or Mining projects.
As a Project Support Administrator, you will beresponsible for but not limited to:
- Managing rosters and travel movements for all personnel
- Daily data entry of payroll hours, machine hours, and site movements
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Reconciling and reporting on monthly data
- Daily/weekly reporting to monitor and maintain records
- Compiling records for the hire and running of heavy and light machinery on site, including breakdowns and servicing
- Creating requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services, including receipting and invoice reconciliation
- Data entry of fuel usage and reconciliations for monthly tax claims
To be considered for this position,youmust possess the following as a minimum:
- Previous Site Administration experience
- Civil and Mining work experience is highly desired but not essential
- Based in Perth WA and able to commute to and from our Belmont head office
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Experience with booking flights and accommodation
- Proficiency in modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
