The Opportunity
Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is primarily responsible for delivering effective support services to the QLD team.
Responsibilities include:
Liaise with clients and ensure excellent customer service
Processing of all job costing and financial information including customer invoices as instructed,
Record management including processing quotes and maintaining CRM
Process purchase orders, supplier invoices, credit card transactions and petty cash;
Completing special projects by organising and coordinating information and requirements;
Contributing to team effort by supportive ad hoc tasks as needed
Office housekeeping and general tasks to support the office and region.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:
At least 2 years of administration experience in relation to financial systems and proceeses
Experience with accounting systems and methodology
Business qualifications would be desirable
Good communication skills including verbal presentations and report-writing
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong time management and project management skills
Management of supplier relationships
Consistent achievement of administrative initiatives (on-time, within scope, under budget)
Effective reinforcement of organisational culture
Working autonomously and supportive a broader team
Accurate and timely processing of accounts transactions
