The role:

To support these projects we have an opportunity for a Project Support Officer, who will provide project administrative support to our Technical, Delivery and Management teams. We are a small company but you will have the opportunity to work with teams across the country. To help us facilitate the successful delivery of our projects, day to day you could be:
Assisting in the processing of certificates, reports, local authority lodgements and any other legislative documents across all states.
Processing legislative submissions prior to set deadlines via relevant platforms of email, phone, mail, or government online portals.
Answering phones, relaying messages and assisting customers with enquiries.
Generating invoices in consultation with the project manager.
Plus a whole lot more.
This role can be based in any or our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne offices.
What’s needed?
To be successful in this role you will have:
Relevant administration or PSO experience in a fast paced office environment, preferably within the property/construction industry.
Intermediate Microsoft office and be Tech savvy (multiple platform use)
Sound researching, analysis and reporting skills
Business Administration diploma or degree is advantageous
