Tell me about this role:
We are currently looking for a security cleared (Baseline or higher) Project Support Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier. This role will see you take on a range of tasks including secretariat support, project tasks such as basic scheduling and general administration around the project.

What will I be doing day to day?
- Secretariat support including minute taking
- Project tasks such as project finance and project controls
- Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations.
- Prepare correspondence and reports as directed
- Data management and analysis
- Supply chain coordination
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Experience within a government or Defence environment
- Good administration experience
- Strong communication skills
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen
