Ramsay Connect is a national provider of home and community-based healthcare and support.
Ramsay Connect works closely with Ramsay hospitals to support the transition of individuals from hospital to home, as well as virtual care solutions providing integrated quality healthcare in the home and community setting.
About the Role
The Project Support Officer position will see you provide a range of project management and administrative support services under direction of the Ramsay Connect Management team.
You will also hold the following responsibilities:
Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate and arrange working groups, committees and consultations including minute and action taking.
Contract (e.g. funding agreement) administration support for reporting and engagement e.g. calendar of quarterly reports due, collation of information from team.
Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables
Coordinating and updating marketing material and collateral for Ramsay Connect services and updating slide deck presentations.
Coordination of marketing and engagement events for example site, GP and VMO engagement, venue, invites etc.
Provide logistics support for management teams for site engagement activities
Support the implementation of projects through engagement with facilities and the delivery of key change management strategies as appropriate.

Your Skills and Experience
Project Management experience desirable
Experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders at various levels across a business
Ability to write fluently in a range of styles and formats suitable for differing audiences and purposes
Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy as part of a virtual team
The ability to research and analyse information and make recommendations based on relevant evidence
The ability to identify issues that may hinder completion of tasks and find appropriate solutions
High degree of skill in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (experience in Miro, Visio and Project also desirable but not essential)

Requirements
