Barwon Health is the major regional health provider for the Barwon South West region. It is one of Victoria’s largest regional health services with one of the busiest hospitals in the state, University Hospital. We provide care at all stages or life and circumstance through a wide range of services from emergency and acute to mental health, primary care, community services, aged care, and subacute/rehabilitation. About SWARH

South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) is a virtual organisation within the south west of Victoria, Australia covering 60000 sq kms from Melbourne to the South Australian border, from the coast to 150 kilometres inland. SWARH services all the ICT requirements of its 50 or more members and customers. SWARH members comprise of public hospitals with customers being non-government organisations, community health centres, bush nursing agencies, medical clinics, pharmacies and other government organisations.

About the role

Working for SWARH, The Prompt Training & Implementation Specialist will play a key role in partnering with customers to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Prompt Documents system. The Prompt Training & Implementation Specialist is responsible for client on-boarding and supporting the implementation of Prompt Documents into their organisation.

You will provide on-going system training and ensure customers feel confident and knowledgeable to manage their Prompt Documents system. You will work with customers to ensure they're receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals. You will have an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs and are responsible for communicating to the customer and internal team on any future projects and support tasks.
