Job Description
Reporting to the head of finance, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain full accounting records for group entities including preparation of workpapers and reconciliations monthly
- Review, analysis and reporting of income and expense variances for buildings and entities as required
- Assist the Property Team in relation to Tenant transactions, queries and reconciliations
- Assist with end of month processes and reports including credit card reconciliations
- Participation in the budget and forecast processes
- Preparation of Financial Statements (Special Purpose and General Purpose) as required to meet statutory and other reporting deadlines
- Preparation of Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements
- Liaison with external service providers including financial and compliance auditors, banks and custodian
- Assist the Head of Finance, CEO and COO and other team members as required
The successful candidate will be CA or CPA qualified with 3-5 years of experience.
