The Role
An exciting opportunity exists within our Corporate Services directorate for a Property and Facilities Administration Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily operational administration support function to the Property and Facilities section of Council.
Essential
- C Class Drivers Licence.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
- Certificate III in Business or equivalent.
- Knowledge of and/or use of asset management systems and software.
- Proficiency in complying with procurement and purchasing arrangements including the ability to seek quotations, requisition goods and/or services and arrange payment of invoices.
Desirable
- Local Government experience.
