Based in the inner western suburbs of Brisbane, our client is a multi-award winning, Property Management focused business with an incredible team of inspiring, passionate professionals who would be a delight to work with (and further develop with)
Due to one of their team needing to relocate overseas, a rare role has become available!
The Role
If you love being out & about – then you’ll love this role! Seeing you mainly on the road and working Tuesday – Saturday, duties will include:
- Undertake ingoing, routine and exit inspections (the good news – someone else in the office types them up for you)
- Manage the leasing function
- Conduct open for inspections
- Liaise with tenants and maintain strong client relationships
- Supporting the Senior Property Manager with ad-hoc portfolio duties when needed
About You
To successfully land this role you will have
- At least 1 years real estate experience
- A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current drivers license
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to operate without supervision
- Common sense attitude, organisational skills, and high attention to detail.
- A passion for real estate.
