Currently we are looking for an experienced Property Inspector. It’s a great opportunity to become part of our enthusiastic and fun team and grow with us.
The Property Inspector role involves conducting structural building, timber pest and maintenance inspections in accordance with the Australian Standards and preparing thorough reports on time.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, someone who thrives in a fast-paced industry but can still deliver a thorough and timely service with a great eye for detail. Must be a Registered Builder.

Role responsibilities:
- Carrying out pre-purchase property inspections
- Compiling accurate inspection reports
- Liaising with clients and agents
- Reporting to supervisor and management of maintenance contractor
- Following our tried and trusted work method on every inspection to maintain our high level of consistency
- Using competent computer skills to finalise building reports within a short timeframe
- Being a friendly, approachable and fun-loving part of our team.
Essential skills for this role are:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills within a team as well as with agents and clients
- Be physically fit since the jobs requires being on your feet all day
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- High attention to detail
- Be well presented at all times
- Ability to organise themselves, plan ahead and stick to deadlines
- Preferred: builder’s license
- Knowledge of the building industry
- High level computer and data entry skills
- Capable of working in tight spaces (sub floor and roof cavity inspections with clearances from as little as 400mm) and climbing onto roof surfaces.
Other requirements:
- Builders Practitioner Registration
- Current police clearance
- Hold a current white card or equivalent
- Driver's license
- Own Vehicle
