Our client, a prestigious Sydney-based law firm with a focus on property, is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer (2+ years PAE) to join their thriving property/leasing team.
This role offers an interesting range of work with high-end national retail clients, as well as small to medium-sized businesses, private developers, and residential owners.
As the successful candidate, you will report directly to a Partner and have autonomy in handling property/leasing matters. The firm provides conveyancing and paralegal support, and you will work alongside a team of full-time conveyancers and a junior property lawyer.
Benefits
$100K to $150K salary range (Pending your experience as assessed by the firm)
Additional bonuses are offered for hitting targets

Welcoming Sydney CBD office in a great location just near Wynyard Station.

What we are looking for :
Property lawyers with 2 years + PAE from a reputable property team
Experience working with leasing for institutional or commercial property owners
The firm works on 6 Billable hour targets.
