Property Lawyer position available with a leading family law firm in Sydney CBD. About the Property Law work:
The firm is well established and has a prestigious property law practice that covers a broad range of complex areas including :
Acquisitions and divestments of property
Industrial, residential, and retail developments
design, build and lease arrangements across the industrial, office and retail sectors
Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing for both landlord and tenant
Providing advice on sale and purchases of land contracts – including off‑the‑plan transactions and
End-to-end conveyancing processes.

Oversee a wide range of interesting and complex family law matters
Salary can be negotiated upon skills and experience but a guide is $140,000 to $200,000 + Super

Fantastic Team including a renowned Property Law Partner, and a great mix of senior and junior family lawyers.
One day per week work from home option available.
The firm is renowned for its ability to resolve disputes prior to reaching court.
Requirements :
5 years or more PQE of property transactional matters experience
Excellent negotiation skills
time management and organisational skills;
enjoy the challenge of working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Be comfortable end experienced in Attending Court, mediations and conferences.
