Property Management Assistant
The Assistant Property Manager works closely with our experienced property managers by providing both administrative and out-of-office support.
Due to an internal promotion this exciting opportunity has become available within Greenwith Office.
This Full-time position is ideal for a motivated individual who has completed (or almost completed) their Property Management Registration and is wanting an opportunity to break into the industry, and with experience and mentoring progress their career in Property Management.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Handle enquiries via both email and telephone
- Using our maintenance software, liaise with tenants, landlords and trades around property maintenance
- Scheduling and conducting open inspections
- Assist with routine inspections
- Assist with advertising properties
- Assist with processing tenancy applications
- Assist with rent and water arrears management
- Assist with ingoing inspections
- Provide additional support to Property Managers as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:
- A current drivers’ license (essential)
- Completion of (or almost completed) Property Management Registration
- Administration and/or customer service experience (real estate industry desirable)
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience working with a CRM system (desirable)
- A passion/interest for real estate
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Availability to conduct open inspections after hours and on Saturday's.
- Ability to carry out duties autonomously and work effectively in a team environment
