Property Managers can expect to come into this role with a portfolio that is organised and tidy with low rental arrears.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Communicate regularly with property owners and tenants to address inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly
- Coordinate lease renewals and negotiate terms with tenants to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved
- Monitor rental arrears and take appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Completion of tenancy application forms and condition reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Attending VCAT
- Minimum 1+ years experience
