Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team and oversee our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. As a Senior Property Manager at L'Abode Accommodation, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our properties, maintaining positive relationships with both property owners and guests, and maximising rental income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of Property Managers
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Oversee property maintenance: Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for assigned properties to ensure they are well-maintained and comply with regulatory standards.
- Oversee Ecalated guest/ tenant relations: Act as the primary point of contact for our guests/ tenants, addressing their questions, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Compliance: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to property management. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Escalated problem resolution: Handle owner/ guest/ tenant disputes, and other issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner, always aiming to achieve positive outcomes for all parties involved.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and identify and fulfil maintenance needs
About You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field. Experience in the Short Term Accommodation industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing laws, and real estate regulations in New South Wales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, tenants, and vendors.
- Excellent time management skills and being able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (essential)
- You have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
- You are flexible, adaptable, and love a good challenge.
- Have a full driver's license and access to a car (essential)
