Successful applicants must possess the following:
- Current QLD certificate of registration.
- Ideally Minimum 1 year experience.
- Current drivers licence and clean, reliable, car.
- Proven success in developing and managing all aspects of a property management portfolio including (but not limited to): leasing, rental arrears, invoicing, maintenance, applications and vacating process.
- Thorough understanding of residential property management and all associated legislation with REIQ, RTA and processes including QCAT.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- Impeccable communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues and tradespeople.
- Be a proactive member of the team with a high level of self-motivation and organisation.
- You will be supported by our virtual assistant team.
- Systems used by our office include (but not limited to): Mydesktop, Property Tree, Payment Gateway, Simple Rent, Maintenance Manager/Inspect Safe, Realworks, ADL Forms, Inspect Real Estate.
- Salary package negotiable for the right applicant with additional bonus incentives- So uncap your earnings!
