- Managing ongoing leasing of the building including conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and managing areas
- Work closely with the concierge and property management team members
- Conducting routine inspections, private inspections, and open for inspections
- VCAT preparation and attendance
- Preparing marketing campaigns and material for properties
- Enhance tenant satisfaction through driving excellent customer service and proactive communication
- Polished communication & presentation
- A current driver’s licence
- Valid Real estate License
- Real Estate Assistant Agents Certificate
