The Position
Key responsibilities for a Property Manager will include:
Manage a small portfolio of properties
Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
Repairs and maintenance requests
Rental reviews and coordinate lease renewals
Maintain and minimise arrears within your portfolio
The Person
Ideal candidate for the role will have:
Solid track record in and passion for property management – experienced professionals
QLD Certificate of Registration, reliable vehicle, valid QLD drivers licence
Details orientated individual, natural problem solver, goes over and above!
Loves working within a team/autonomously, collaboration within this business is celebrated
Top notch presentation - you will be dealing with elite clientele
