The Role:
Your role will include managing a portfolio and assisting/working with the team of property managers within this Agency. Portfolio is mostly located around Epping, Craigieburn, Wollert.
Conduct routine inspections & leasing appointments
Manage and conduct final bond inspections
Clean and well-serviced portfolio of only 100 properties all based Local to the office
Effectively liaising with tenants & landlords
Ingoing inspections and routines
Co-ordinating Repairs & Maintenance

The Candidate
A current Agents Rep/Cert IV in Real Estate & VIC Driver’s license
Experience managing a portfolio is desirable
Hold strong knowledge of the residential tenancies act
