Currently seeking a Property Manager, this is a division that is comfortably overstaffed to ensure there is loads of support, stability and service!
The Role:
Monday – Friday Role
Reporting & liaising directly to the landlords
Arrears control
No ingoing & outgoing inspections
No repairs & maintenance – there is a virtual assistant
Managing a Junior Property Manager that liaises with tenants
Working alongside a BDM that brings in 10-15 properties a month – they are rapidly growing
The Candidate:
Previous Property Management experience
Looking to join a top team with structure, support and goals to achieve success!
Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
