Our client is a mid-sized, premium real estate agency in Melbourne’s inner west.
They are seeking a candidate to manage a portfolio of either 100 or up to 150 local properties, depending on your experience. This client is open to 1 day WFH, once you have settled into the company and familiarised yourself with the role for a month or two. Saturday work is required, but is only 1 in 5.
If you are an Administrator in a Real Estate office, or you are working for or have worked in a more junior role like Leasing or as a Field Agent, our client is open to this sort of experience for this role. They are happy to train you and mentor you into becoming a competent Property Manager. If you have experience as a Property Manager and are looking for a better-paying role with a nicer office and culture, this position will be perfect for you! You must have your Agents Representative Certificate, a reliable vehicle and a drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
