The Client:

We are currently seeking a property officer to join this dynamic team!
The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual who loves to work hard to achieve goals. Monday- Friday with rotating weekends, this is your chance to join a strong Property management division with a local-based portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Effectively liaise with tenants
Working under a Senior Property Manager
Liaising with tenants
Property visits
Inspections on the weekend
Maintenance and repairs
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
Strong attention to detail and strong organisation skills
Thorough understanding of current legislation
Must be a team player and have a good nature
You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
