The Position
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Provide general assistance to the Property Managers
Leasing Support
Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
Conduct routine inspections
Help with compliance
Emails to and communication with strata
Key preparation
Routing administration
Any other adhoc duties required
The Person
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous Leasing or Property Management experience is ideal but not mandatory. More important than your experience is your attitude
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is a must have
Outstanding work ethic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly developed problem-solving abilities
Good time management and effective organisation skills
Advanced computer skills including MS Office
Drivers Licence and own vehicle
