The Company requires the skill of a Property Research Analyst to maintain various databases and conduct consultancy reporting on a variety of retail and commercial projects, collate and analyse market information and maintain various databases.
This is not an ordinary, behind the scenes Research role. The successful candidate will be in the room with key decision-makers, stakeholders and developers and is required to participate in planning workshops and strategy meetings.
Working collaboratively within our Leasing and Management teams, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Managing an extensive database of rental and sales information including analysis of market trends.
- Sourcing information for market rent reviews and feasibilities.
- Researching trends and activities of retailers both in Australia and globally.
- Creation of market analysis and media for use in tender and corporate presentations.
- Establish relationships and strategic alliances with external stakeholders as a way to leverage new market intelligence;
- Ability to present to stakeholders.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- 2+ yrs experience in a similar role within a property environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in one of the following disciplines; Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting/Property Valuations.
- Advanced skill on MS Excel and InDesign or like software
- Exceptional time management skills
- Energy, self motivation, and an attitude to progress with the Company
