We are pleased to announce that an exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced, motivated Property/ Conveyancing Paralegal/ Assistant to join our friendly and professional team on a permanent full-time basis. The role encompasses duties for our Conveyancing Solicitor.
Your Team

The successful applicant will support our Conveyancing Solicitor, providing administration and secretarial support in the day-to-day running of the files.
The Role
To be successful in this role you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property/Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant
- Experience with LEAP Legal Software and PEXA will be HIGHLY REGARDED
- Experience in running conveyancing files from A-Z with little supervision
- Strong attention to detail while having a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional client focus, ensuring everyone is provided with a professional service
- The ability to work proactively on files, including maintaining electronic and paper based files
- The ability to draft and amend correspondence and documents
- Diary Management skills
- A professional manner and appearance
- Excellent people skills as you will have direct client contact
- The ability to work as part of a team but also the ability to work unsupervised
- Fast accurate typing skills and dictation experience
- Relief reception, assisting with answering phones, meeting and greeting clients

Remuneration is above market and negotiable in accordance with experience.
