We are searching for a team member who wants to sparkle within their skill set, join our Psychology team and work towards our goal of building unique and engaging programs for our clients.

About the role…

• 2 week onboarding and shadowing of all clinicians across the team, allowing you to develop an understanding of how each member contributes to the success of clients and their families. Ongoing onboarding and training provided to all staff over their first 12 months alongside existing supervision and other PD opportunities.
• New graduates are provided with a gradual increase over the next three to four months building to 20 billable hours (including clients and reporting) hours a week, remaining at this level for a full 12 months.
• Early career and experienced clinicians gradual increase over the first 2 to 3 months to 24 billable hours (including clients and reporting).
• This is not a KPI, and if you need additional support during your new transition, then that is our role as owners to ensure that you receive that support. Your success at yearly performance reviews and salary increases is not linked to your billable hours.
• We understand the complexity of the job, and we aim to support staff however we can, whether this be via flexible working options, tailored professional learning or developing individual programs at the clinic to suit your skillset.

• External supervision with a supervisor of your choice is paid for by the clinic and accounted for in your regular work hours
• Internal supervision with Clinic Director and access to them whenever you require them (we are on-site working with you each day)

• Over 70 hours of professional development opportunities within the clinic via Journal Clubs, PD evening, supervision and fortnightly professional development with internal and external presenters
