Psychologist - Join Our Progressive Private Practice In Richmond

One of a kind opportunity to join a busy private practice in Richmond known for exemplary patient centred care.

We are focused on providing high quality of care, not profits. Fee split arrangements do not align with our ethical values. Our clinicians receive the entirety of their fees in exchange for a small contribution to the cost of shared resources (eg $100 if working one day a week). Clinicians have exponential earning potential and access to a steady stream of referrals.

Role -

• Providing high-quality support and interventions using evidence-based methods.
• Basic administrative support (triage, intake & bookings).
• Regular case conferencing and peer supervision.
• Flexible working arrangements and schedule (one to three days per week).
• Recently renovated consulting rooms in a beautiful heritage property.
• Experienced support staff and welcoming environment.

Requirements-

• General registration with AHPRA.
• Eligibility for a Medicare Provider number.
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Inclusive of LGBTQIA+ patients and staff.
• Fully vaccinated
