At Agile Psychological Medicine Clinics (aPM) we believe our community should have access to personalised, flexible, evidence-based therapeutic care in their interaction with public mental health services.
We have a team of smart and dedicated psychologists, social workers and psychiatrists who are passionate about providing this care and we are looking for more psychologist to join our team.
What you will be doing:
Meeting with clients referred from Monash Health psychiatric triage, emergency services or other units and jointly with the client, come to an understanding of the issues and the client’s needs.
Provide evidence-based psychological treatment - make a difference to the lives of our clients by providing timely and flexible psychological therapies
Routinely measure the outcomes of your work and have this inform your work going forward
Be part of a strong and supportive clinical team where we support each other to do interesting and challenging work

This is a psychology-specific role and presents a fantastic opportunity to use and develop your psychology skills within a very supportive team

About You:
You are an accomplished psychologist with a passion for providing high quality psychology care.
You are a flexible thinker with the capacity to self-manage
You have experience delivering mental health interventions and are competent in one of more of the following: cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), Eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) or motivational interviewing (MI).
We have both full-time and part-time positions available and would welcome applicants who wish to work flexible hours.
You lead by example, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of evidence-based psychological treatment to all clients
You are in interested in a psychology specific role in public mental health
