About The Role

As a Sales Officer, you will be key in ensuring customer experience within the Melbourne CBD office is always at the highest level. Day-to-day duties such as servicing customers at the rental counter, vehicle inspections, damage detection and valeting and business development and client management will be at the forefront of your daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Conversing with clients both face-to-face and on the telephone
• Opening and closing Rental Agreements
• Meeting sales targets and goals
• Build current and new client relationships with online and local area marketing
• Vehicle inspections and damage detection
• Vehicle collections, deliveries, and valeting

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication skills
• A fun, friendly and approachable attitude and a love for great customer service
• Great attention to detail
• Proven organisational skills and the ability to work as a team and independently
• A Full Drivers’ license is required
• Ability to be flexible with rostering - rotating weekends are required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
