We are currently seeking Qualified Chefs for a busy venue located in Western Australia’s spectacular Kimberley Region. Work in a team of 4-6 chefs in a recently refurbished kitchen.
The group owns several properties in town and are a fantastic employer to work for.
As the role is based in the amazing Kimberley Region, there are spectacular sights to visit on your days off, such as gorges, canyons and caves. Learn new skills, see amazing locations and also be exposed to a fascinating culture with many significant cultural sites to visit.
Immediate Start
Package:
Can be either full time or casual
Casual - $30.95 flat loaded rate
Full Time - $65,000 - $75,000 salary (dep on experience)
Accommodation & Meals $121 per week
Own Private room & 3 meals per day
Duties:
Preparation & cooking of lunches and dinners
Occasional Breakfast shifts
Cooking for special functions and conferences
Cooking of staff meals
General prep and service work
Keeping kitchen clean and tidy
Other duties as directed by the Head Chef
Additional Information:
The Kitchen caters to 3 dining Outlets
They also offer packed lunches for tour and coach groups, meals for conferences and special functions, a large room service menu and cater to all meals for up to 52 staff.
Access is via Bus or sealed roads.
Telstra Mobile & internet coverage is available on site. There are 2 internet machines in reception and pay phones available in the foyer.
The property is located a short walk from town and offers a small staff gym, on-site swimming pool and tennis court.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Police History Check.
