Role:

Due to significant growth in Australia, we are seeking Qualified NominatedSupervisors to support new and current franchise businesses. In this Contract Role, you will oversee on-site work quality by franchisee subcontractors, utilising tools like OpenSpace, Matterport, and our Refresh project management system. You will need a strong grasp of construction plans, project scheduling, and codes to ensure compliance. This role demands a hybrid work style, possibly supporting multiple franchises.

Responsibilities:
- Manage quality of work by subcontractors on-site
- Utilise OpenSpace, Matterport, and Refresh project management system
- Understand and adhere to construction plans, project schedules, and codes
- Support multiple franchises with a hybrid work approach

Qualifications:
- Experience in residential renovation construction
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Efficient project planning abilities
- Flexibility to manage project changes and challenges
- Domestic Builder Unlimited License
- Understanding of WH&S policies and procedures
