Job description

Master Painters Association owns and operates one of Queensland’s major registered training organization's with training center's in Salisbury and Caboolture delivering training across Queensland.

Our painting student numbers continue to increase which means we are seeking to appoint another Qualified Trainer in painting and decorating.

The successful candidate must hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment  plus TAEASS 502 Design and Develop Assessment Tools (or equivalent) and TAELLN 411 Address Adult language, literacy and numeracy skills; CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent) and currency industry skills in the painting and decorating industry (at least 5 years).
MPA’s training is delivered through a blended model of service consisting of face to face practical training & assessment and online theory training & assessment.

Ideally, the successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience; verbal and written communication skills, mindfulness with an attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and an overall commitment to customer service with quality outcomes.

This fulltime position remuneration and employee benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
