Role Overview
As a QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER, you will have the opportunity to conduct hands on manual and automation testing activities across ipSCAPE to meet design and documentation specifications in an agile environment. This role will work in a collaborative environment alongside the Quality Assurance, Software Engineering, Platform and Client Support team.
Minimum Requirements
- Be able to work a min of 30 hours per week
- Be a citizen of, or hold permanent residency in, Australia or New Zealand; or
- Hold a valid 24-month graduate visa and are eligible to work in Australia
- Be at least in your third year of university studies (bachelor’s degree or higher)
- Have graduated in the last three years
- An excellent communicator
- Passionate about a career in technology
- Ability to work onsite in our North Sydney office
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end manual and automation activities
- Contribute to automation and manual test case scenarios
- Contribute to test plans generating test scripts and test data
- Execute, monitor and analyse test results against application performance
- Prepare and circulate test progress report and test summary report
- Collaborate with engineers to help resolve issues identified during testing and provide support for production releases

- Contact Centre business knowledge
- Understanding of how to perform different types of testing such as manual & automation testing
- Exposure to automation testing tools e.g Cypress / Selenium Web driver
