Quality Assurance Manager - NSW Government
A Quality Assurance Manager is required by a NSW Government department based in the Sydney CBD + WFH (hybrid) on an initial 6 month contract with potential extensions.
Location: Sydney CBD + WFH (hybrid)
Pay Rate: Up to $820 per day + Super
Contract Length: 6 months with potential extensions
Primary Purpose of the Role:
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for surveillance & quality monitoring of the organisation's commercial contracts & service providers.
Key Accountabilities:
Track & monitor trends from each service provider to enable an appropriate overview of performance & risk from delivery of projects
Manage a team of surveillance officers to deliver high quality assurance outcomes
Provide monthly analysis, evidence & reporting to show risks, performance & trends
Liaise with Contract Relationship Managers & the Director SRAP to provide insights into service providers' performance
About You:
Technical or tertiary qualification/s in relevant fields with significant relevant maintenance industry experience
Demonstrated analytical skills with experience managing a team
Strong understanding of different business models, resource planning & financial drivers of contracting organisations
Financial management experience in either Profit/Loss management and/or cost estimation
