We are currently seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring the call centre Quality Assurance team to achieve business objectives and maintain the highest level of quality assurance standards.
Working within the supportive QA Management team, the role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders on both day to day operational objectives, whilst requiring an analytical and innovative thinker as the successful candidate will have the opportunity to support projects and strategic process improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for?
A passion for people leadership, combined with demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
An understanding of the call centre QA department and how QA interacts with other call centre departments and stakeholders to achieve objectives
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
An analytical thinker and problem solver with the ability to idenify opportunity for continuous improvement
Highly-developed written and verbal communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of GFS products and procedures
Highly developed time management and organisational skills
Comprehensive understanding of Verint
Well-developed presentation skills
No business Quality Assurance breaches within the past 6 months
Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft office suite in particular Excel
Desirable
Experience in a Quality Assurance environment
Well-developed understanding of risk in regards to GFS products and procedures
