Quality Check/Assurance Managers play crucial role in the expansion and development of the business. They have to perform the following duties:
- Overall in charge of the quality and quantity checks of the products manufactured by the business,
- Products like Paneer, Paneer Masala, Ice Cream, Yoghurt, Cheese, Lassi and Ghee meets the health and hygiene standards,
-Products are packed as per the prescribed methods for preservation.
-Collect samples and conduct quality checks.
- If needed send those samples for laboratory checks and liason with NATA approved labs
- Intimate the management of any issues relating to quality of the products and suggest appropriate measures to enhance the quality of the products,
- Conduct research and strive for the quality of the products,
-Control and supervise the team who manufacture the products,
- Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with product specifications and food safety requirements,
- Monitor of critical control and quality control points and ensure follow up of corrective action,
- Training and education of staff on matters relating to product quality and food safety,
- The development, implementation, documentation and maintenance of the quality management system.
- Maintain records of quality checks,
- Develop, implement, maintain and verify the quality assurance system, polices, procedures and guidelines to ensure the company achieves best practice and most importantly, produces and supplies which are of the highest quality and are safe to consume.
