Form of work We have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to work within a key client account based in Sydney.
This role is based at Sydney CBD with travel to sites across NSW.
Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.
Management, development, implementation and continuous improvement of the BGIS’s Quality Assurance
Governance of all audit, assurance and inspection checklists performed against the account
Undertake financial tracking and reporting to ensure all services are delivered within agreed budgets and service levels
Develop and create new and existing HSE and Quality Assurance quality control processes and procedures
Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, client subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar position – ideally 3+ years in the Facilities Management industry
HSEQ qualifications - Tertiary or Certificate IV in WHS Management or higher
Previous experience in HSEQ and Business Management Audits
Proven experience conducting audits and inspections
Knowledge of Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Advanced Excel
