Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:
Provide leadership relating to the development, implementation & management of Pandrol Australia’s Quality Management System to support employees, exceed customer expectations & the achievement of Pandrol’s business objectives.
Duties include:
· To maintain and update all documentation as required by quality and environmental systems AS/NZS ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and our continual accreditation to those standards.
· To liaise and assist Managers, Supervisors, Leading Hands with any problems associated with the quality system AS/NZS ISO 9001, TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
· Assisting in developing the Quality Management Systems plans and coordinating their implementation.
· Liaise with the Sales Managers, Product Development Manager, and customers to determine the quality requirements and reporting required for each product.
· Ensure Quality System documentation accurately reflects work practices and is effective as a training aid.
· Co-ordinate the activities of the inspectors in actioning the quality system for manufacturing.
· ensure that the coordination between the Quality, OH&S and Environmental Management Systems is maintained in an efficient manner; and

- A passionate, highly energetic, and driven individual with strong leadership ability
