Job Description
The Role:
This role will be responsible for collating, analysing and reporting data such as web and app analytics, user survey data, and agreed customer service and safety metrics for Service Implementation as a group. A key focus will be on managing internal and external quality assurance and audit requirements, as well as supporting a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement of products, services and platforms within the Service Implementation team, and across portfolios.
Key Duties:
- Collect and analyse customer data through a variety of modalities and integrate with product/service/platform evaluation data to inform improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to key feedback loops with relevant BDI work areas outside of Service Implementation such as research and discovery and product design teams, to ensure key QA and improvement learnings are shared and disseminated.
- Train and coach staff in areas of safety and QA performance that require improvement.
- Document and present QA findings and reports to internal and external audiences.
- Collate Board reports and dashboard data, and external reports relating to funding such as for NSW Health.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g health science, public health, psychology).
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or 2 years minimum experience of service/program delivery within the health sector.
- Experience in program/project evaluation and/or implementing quality assurance frameworks and procedures.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to positively influence outcomes, develop and maintain productive working relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in writing and producing reports and documents for stakeholders.
