CTP Claims provides claims services for Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance. CTP provides cover for personal injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Personal Injury Team. As a Quality Assurance Officer you will be required to assess our compliance with legislative requirements and proactive claims management file handling.
Working closely with the Management Team, you will play an important role in ensuring feedback and recommendations are being actioned and develop a programme of continuous improvement through coaching and process improvement opportunities.
You'll be responsible for:
Monitoring team and business unit performance
Conducting internal quality assurance processes to assess the compliance and quality of decisions
Driving continuous improvement initiatives that come out of QA reviews to improve capability and drive a best practice culture across the business.
Deliver effective feedback to Managers to enable training and coaching to improve compliance
Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience to all stakeholders
Review exception reporting to ensure compliance with Regulatory expectations
Important to your success:
CTP/Personal Injury claims experience
Ability to think strategically and demonstrate problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated experience in coaching others and a drive to work as a team.
Resilience to operate in a changing and highly demanding regulatory environment
Customer service and/or legal background, knowledge and/or experience Risk, compliance or audit exposure useful but not essential
