The Opportunity:
Excellent opportunity to join our fast paced and supportive Operations team. We’re seeking a QA & Compliance Officer to embed and ensure adherence to the quality assurance and compliance processes and frameworks including quality monitoring and control programs.
The role will be accountable to the Business Optimisation Manager and can be worked flexibly from home and our Southbank office.
Reasonable requests for part time work will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and analyse identified compliance issues or process gaps in conjunction with the Regulation and Compliance team and drive improvements, working closely with the broader Operations and Sales teams.
Ensure regular feedback and reporting - in relation to process quality and compliance measures, assessments, or process gaps, including maintaining records and reports of compliance issues.
Create and maintain procedures and confirm adherence with the Regulation and Compliance team
Identify risk areas for potential non-compliance and raise with relevant channel managers and the Regulation and Compliance team
Monitor, evaluate and report on quality trends and conduct regular quality assessments
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with sales operations in highly regulated environments and supporting audit activities to ensure compliance and regulatory compliance. You have demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and address compliance issues including recommending change using factual data and/or legislation.
You are action oriented and can hold self and others accountable to meet commitments. Your approach is collaborative, yet you have the courage to step up to address difficult issues, demonstrating resilience whilst being customer focused.
Experience working in the retail energy industry will be well regarded.
