The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team and lead our restaurant in delivering exceptional food and service. While being supported and reporting to our Operations Manager, you will have a direct impact on our growth, be the custodian of our values, oversee daily operations, and foster a motivated, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead, train, and develop a team in a positive, inclusive work culture that reflects our values
- Manage sales, labor, and inventory for optimal performance and profitability
- Represent our values and culture, creating a welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Engage with our community, promoting our brand and building lasting customer relationships
- Implement and refine operational procedures based on our operations manual
- Encourage and act on feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

Qualifications

- Strong experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fast-casual or restaurant industry
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proven expertise in managing a diverse team and fostering a positive work culture
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Ability to adapt to a varied work schedule, including evenings and weekends
