Where you'll be working
Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) is responsible for providing care to patients who reside within the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD), but also to several state-based services in line with hospital specialties. The successful applicants to this position shall be working within RNS Hospital Medical Imaging Department, based in St. Leonards NSW, with the ability to rotate out to other Hospitals in the District.
What you'll be doing
The primary role of the Radiographer within the Radiology Department is to provide a high-quality Diagnostic Medical Imaging service in accordance with National Registration, professional practices, standards and policies of the Radiology Department specific to Northern Sydney Local Health District. The successful applicants will facilitate coverage of shifts across the 24/7 roster in general x-ray, mobiles, fluoro and theatre. Prior training in specialist modalities will be recognised. The opportunity would suit individuals with previous experience working in a major tertiary referral hospital, providing trauma imaging, and who are able to work independently, and as part of a team.

- Current AHPRA registration to work as a Radiographer, with the MRPB of Australia and current EPA I-14 Radiation Licence.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities either individually or as part of a team (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required).
