Governing Group positions in recycling and clean energy commercialization hub
Deakin University is committed to excellence in corporate governance and to strong and productive relationships with industry and the community.
The University invites expressions of interest from individuals who wish to be considered for appointment to the inaugural Governing Group of the Recycling and Clean Energy Commercialisation Hub (REACH), established under the Commonwealth Government Trailblazer Universities program and funded by the Commonwealth, Deakin and industry partners.
Appointees will have relevant industry knowledge, commercialisation experience and an appreciation of and commitment to best practice in governance.
Suitably qualified individuals are invited to submit an expression of interest in serving as the Chair and/or as a Member of the Governing Group.
Remuneration is offered at $16,000 Chair and $15,000 Member per annum plus superannuation. Appointees will have opportunities to be involved in Deakin University events and activities.
Due to the nature of these positions, Deakin University staff, and personnel associated with Trailblazer projects and/or companies are ineligible to apply.
