Ray White Mountain Creek are looking for a responsible, self motivated person with a fantastic attitude to fill a busy role providing administration support to our team.
The Role:
You will enjoy the diversity of the role by assisting and supporting the Sales team on a day to day basis to ensure that we can offer a comprehensive service to all of our clients including event planning , contract preparation, administration duties, data entry, preparation of marketing / prospecting materials and after sales client care . Also assisting in Property Management administration when required. The role is varied and would ideally suit someone who is exceptionally organised, uses initiative and love people contact as you will be interacting with all clients in sales and property management, servicing reception and work closely with our sales team.
Current Real Estate certificate
Real Estate Contracts experience an advantage
