Position: Real Estate Sales Associate
Location: Southport, QLD
Initial 2-3 Months: 18 hours per week @ $34.51 inclusive of super per hour, with the possibility of additional hours for high performers. Once you pass our target of 6 sales, you will then move to the following:
Weekly Salary: Once you have achieved 6 sales for the business within this period, your weekly hours will increase, and you will revert to a fixed weekly salary of $808.34 + super.
Multiple Commissions and Revenue Opportunities: Throughout the learning process of our comprehensive sales approach, you'll have the opportunity to earn generous commissions at every stage of our sales process. These commissions are uncapped, allowing you to maximize your earning potential.
On-Target Earnings (OTE) Year 1: $100,000, Year 2: $150,000, Year 3: $200,000 +

Training Program:

First 6 Months: The initial 6 months will be primarily phone-based, providing you with a strong foundation in sales techniques. You'll have the opportunity to learn face-to-face sales from our senior and experienced sales team. The goal is to conduct discovery client meetings within 3 to 6 months of starting at Wealth Hub Australia.

First 9 Months: Within the first 9 months, the expectation is to learn our strategy meetings using our award-winning property investment analysis software. This meeting is critical to helping our client base make informative and accurate decisions on how owning an investment property can help them achieve their goals.

First 12 Months: Within the first 12 months, the expectation is to learn our Macro Property meeting process and then delve into the intricacies of our buyer advocacy service. This will enable you to present live property options to our client base.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Southport. As a Junior Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals for our Real Estate business. This position offers an attractive remuneration package, including a retainer and commission-based earnings, giving you the opportunity to earn a substantial income while building a rewarding career in the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting: You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients who have enquired through our digital marketing channels and referral partners. These leads will be qualified and ready for you to engage with.
2. Upskilling: We will provide you with the necessary support to obtain your Real Estate certificate, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills required to excel in your role.
3. Exposure to Various Business Areas: In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into different parts of the Real Estate business, including finance, investments, property management, accounting, and financial planning. This exposure will broaden your understanding of the industry and enhance your professional growth.
4. Mentorship: You will work directly with the Director of the business, who will provide ongoing training and mentoring to help you refine your sales techniques and achieve your career goals.
5. Back Office Support: Our dedicated back office team will handle administrative tasks on your behalf, allowing you to focus on building your sales career and maximizing opportunities.
