Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:30pm weekends as scheduled!
In this position you will learn how to manage your own portfolio with full guidance from experts in the industry. You will be using industry leading software and be learning the ins and outs.
In this position you will be in charge of administrative duties and be the first point of contact for the office, ensuring proficiency across the business.
JOB DUTIES:
- Front of house / first point of contact administration duties
- Client database management (CRM)
- Answering, directing and logging phone calls
- Managing legal documentation
- Management of inventory for the office
-Sales Administration dutie
-Creation of Market Appraisal reports with follow up and management.
-Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and suppliers for your Sales Director.
-Process incoming leads, incoming calls and email communication
- Property management support
WHAT'S ON OFFER:
- $60,000-65,000 + Super + Incentives

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Relevant understanding of property industry OR willingness to learn
- Administrative experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal with a positive attitude
