As a Reality Capture Consultant you’ll join our Digital Service Team, which is at the forefront of digital advisory and delivery for the Australian Construction sector. This is a rare opportunity to join a team that has work both locally and internationally on flagship projects across both public and private sector clients. Your primary role will be to act as a Reality Capture Modelling Consultant responsible for the creation of the ‘Scan-to-BIM’ Structural & Architectural models from the site-based data acquisition, either Point Cloud or Photogrammetry Outputs. This will involve collaborating with the design and construction teams across all project phases and ensuring the coordination, issues and actions are resolved by the project team and incorporated into Federated Models.

What will I do?
· Work on the digital delivery of projects involving Reality Capture as a starting point.
· Integrate/create Revit models using appropriate Arup or Project standards.
· Collaborate with the design and construction teams across all project phases and ensuring data coordination.
· Audit and support adherence to the information requirements outlined in the BIM Execution Plan
· In our industry, we need to be agile to help support projects in other parts of the business. Your role will also involve providing direct BIM support for traditional project delivery when required.

What will I bring?
· A sound understanding of the construction industry, standard practices and digitally enabled workflows using BIM and other associated technologies.
· Qualifications (or relevant Industry experience) in BIM, Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
· Proficiency in Revit, ideally skilled with Navisworks, Solibri, Revizto
· Experience establishing automated digital workflow-based processes and procedures – such a 3D Scan verification of Models.
· Strong analytical skills, able to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and assure quality of outcomes
