We are a proud Western Australian co-operative and as Australia's largest co-operative, we are a leader in the Australian grain industry. We have grown from humble roots into one of the world's largest and most efficient grain supply chains, delivering millions of tonnes of quality Western Australian grain into the hands of customers around the world each year.
Our storage and handling system currently receives and exports around 90 per cent of the Western Australian grain harvest and is regarded as one of the best in the world. We in-load via our own in-house design screw conveyor pits, bucket elevators, ground conveyors, trippers, and stackers into multiple storage types. We strive to continually improve our equipment from site feedback, and we have a strong pipeline of work that focuses on out-loading with multiple new rail loading facilities and expansions of our existing receival sites.

The Role
We are seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Receival Point Operators (RPO) on a permanent, full-time basis. This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.

This role requires movement between the network Receival sites in Area 19 which includes Grass Patch, Salmon Gums, Cascade, Munglinup,Beaumont.
What you'll be doing
Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain.
Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grain.
Sampling and assessing the grain including identifying contaminated grain.
Maintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities.
Possibility of managing small teams both permanent and casual staff during our in-loading and out-loading programs
Rosters & Accommodation:
The standard roster is Monday to Friday; however, you may be required to work on the weekends or additional hours over the busy harvest period.
In addition to sharing our values, our new Receival Point Operator would:
Hold an unrestricted and valid driver's licence (HR/MR class advantageous).
Have your own reliable vehicle.
Exhibit a strong dedication to working safely.
Live near or be willing to travel to the above sites.
Be deemed physically fit following the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical.
Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and areas with a high grain dust concentration.
Possess basic computer skills.
Be able to work in a team environment and communicate well with peers
